Courtney was raised in rural Missouri, where her connection to the land was built through a lifetime of hunting, fishing, and working on the farm. From an early age, she developed a deep respect for the land and the people who care for it, an understanding that continues to guide her work today.

She earned a degree in Wildlife Management and Conservation and pursued advanced studies in Wildlife Ecology, building a career that took her across the country working hands-on with wildlife, the land and people. Her experience spans multiple species and landscapes, giving her a well-rounded, practical understanding of how land functions, performs, and holds value.

Since returning to Missouri, Courtney has worked closely with landowners to improve habitat, enhance recreational opportunities, and strengthen overall property performance. Her ability to evaluate land from both a biological and investment perspective allows her to provide insight that goes far beyond a traditional real estate approach.

Today, as a Land Specialist with Trophy Properties and Auction, she combines her technical expertise with proven real estate strategies to help clients confidently buy and sell land, knowing that each property represents more than a transaction, but a long-term investment and legacy.

Outside of real estate, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, whether it’s around a bonfire, on the water, or in the field. She is an avid outdoorswoman who looks forward to chasing longbeards in the spring or fishing for that next lunker.

Her passion for land extends well beyond her profession, Courtney is actively involved in managing family farms for trophy whitetail, improving habitat through native plantings, and controlling invasive species. This hands-on experience reinforces her deep understanding of land management and further strengthens the value she brings to her clients.
